January 24th, 2026 (2568)

Today is the sixth day of the waxing moon moon of the second lunar month, Māgha. And according to Samutthaan Winicchai's six season causative factors model, this brings about some minor shifts.

It is still the sixth season, Sisira, and it is still the cold part of year.*

Semha has been present as a causative factor for ~140 days and has been the dominant factor for ~80 days. Its influence is diminishing, but still strong.

Bpitta has been present as the secondary causative factor for ~20 days. Its influence is accumulating, but still weak.

For the next ~20 days, until the eleventh day of the waning moon of Māgha, Semha is the dominant causative factor and ura semha is the Jao Reaun. Bpittaa is secondary, and khuut semha is tertiary.

*Remember that dividing the year into three major sections (hot, cold, and rainy) is specific to the climate of Thailand.
