Hemanta & Māgasira, 1

November 26th, 2025 (2568)

Today is the sixth day of the waxing moon of the first lunar month, Māgasira. And within Samutthaan Winicchai's six season causative factors model, this brings about some small but important changes.

It is still the fifth season, Hemanta, and the cold part of year.*

Semha has been present as a causative factor for ~80 days and has been the dominant causative factor for ~20 days. Its influence is somewhat strong, and accumulating.

Waata has been present as a causative factor for ~200 days and has been the secondary causative factor for ~20 days. Its influence is somewhat weak, and dissipating.

For the next ~20 days, until the eleventh day of the waning moon of Māgasira, Semha is the dominant causative factor and ura semha is the Jao Reaun. Waata is secondary, and khuut semha is tertiary.

*Remember that dividing the year into three major sections (hot, cold, and rainy) is specific to the climate of Thailand.
